The area was fantastic, really very close to the beach. We would have fit more comfortably on a wider bed, but it seems that in England they prefer these narrow beds for couples everywhere.

We stayed here during a difficult time and were so grateful to the host for being incredibly accommodating at the last minute due to a family emergency. The flat is on the third floor of a house with stunning sea views. Parking was easy—free on the road or in a paid car park opposite (free 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.). The flat was clean, cosy, and as described. Beds were warm and comfortable, the shower had good pressure, and the kitchen was well stocked with useful items. I did buy a tea towel from the nearby Lidl (5–10 min walk) but that was minor. If I had to be picky, I’d suggest a small milk carton for tea/coffee and checking all bulbs work (a few in the bedroom didn’t). The host was friendly, very responsive, and eager to help. We’d absolutely stay again. Thank you so much.

Littlehampton is quiet compared to its famous seaside neighbours, the beach is sandy and the water was clear and really lovely to swim in. Present and visible coastguards, amusements for younger kids. Had a lovely meal in Firebird on the high street and Fred’s fish n chips lived up to the hype too. Maria’s apartment is in the middle of everything and is an absolutely lovely place for a calm and peaceful summer break.

Maria is a fantastic host and very responsive for this amazing apartment. My adult son and I stayed for a kitesurfing weekend. The only reason I would have marked it down from 5 is because of the low water pressure in the shower. Better to have wash downs for a good wash but fine for rinsing off. Think this is due to there being multiple apartments in the building and only one water supply so not in host's ability to change. Some might find the area too busy in full summer season but that would be down to personal preference. However, the seaview is fantastic!!! The apartment is spotless and spacious and, in my opinion that overrides the low water pressure. I totally recommend Maria as a host and this apartment.

We had such a wonderful weekend staying here! The beach and other amenities are such a short walk away. It was really relaxing to be inside with a sea view and easy to park outside on the street or in the car park opposite. The children were thrilled to have bunk beds and especially to be close to the beach, arcade and even crabbing pond. The main room is spacious and has a lovely reading nook. We hope to stay again!
